RCG Global Services is in need of Full Stack Java Developers with at least 5-10 years’ experience in IT field. The schedule for this role would be Manila night shift, temporary to permanent work from home setup. Our offices are located at Makati and Mandaluyong City.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
Must be willing to work on Night shift
Must be willing to work in Makati City and/or Mandaluyong City (NOTE: RCG is currently in a WFH setup)
Must be amenable to Full-time employment with benefits
At least 5+ years of working experience in Java

Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver software product base on requirements.
Ensures all programs are fully tested and documented, in accordance with client's Merchant Services development guidelines.
Willingness to learn.
Ensures that customer and client's information is kept secure in line with the acceptable use policy and other published security policies, standards and best practice
Interacts with internal and external customers of the organization, to define requirements and develop solutions.
Works within a cross-functional team in an Agile/SCRUM development cycle to deliver quality products to our external customers.
