Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Growth Marketer to lead our Regional CRM, Delivery and Omnichannel work streams. This position is responsible for defining our regional CRM and Omnichannel sales strategies and partnering with franchisees and vendors to grow sales through digital channels throughout the APAC region.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive long-term growth through digital sales channels by implementing a modern marketing technology stack and rolling out high impact digital sales projects to the APAC franchise system
  • Develop and implement digital performance marketing KPIs; leverage data analytics and a test-and-learn methodology to drive digital sales growth
  • Define CRM standards and best practices across all communication touchpoints; examples include, advanced guest segmentation and personalized communication
  • Project manage the implementation of technology projects, working with key stakeholders throughout the organization, including Global Marketing and Technology Teams, Regional Marketing and Field Teams, Local Franchisee Teams and External Vendor Teams
  • Develop and manage regional relationships with key vendors
  • Provide best practice sharing with Regional and Global stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or another analytical discipline
  • Prior experience in growth marketing and/or customer lifecycle management
  • Prior experience working with a modern marketing technology stack
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities in complex situations; ability to analyze marketing data and consumer behavioral data
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at higher levels internally and externally to impact significant business outcomes
  • Strong project management, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Able to work on multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Must have the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Fluent business English
  • Conversation in Mandarin preferred, but not required
