The Role:

We, at Razorpay, are currently looking for an Intern - Business Analytics with excellent skills to join our engineering team. This position is part of our "Resume with Razorpay" program with a special focus on supporting women returning to work after a break.

Role Description

This role will be responsible for understanding key revenue opportunities / business constraints and figuring out data 1st solve for the same. It also encompasses validating ideas being considered for driving revenue growth. Key objective responsibilities include -

Opportunity map for each vertical basis relevant methods / products
Deduce new patterns / evolving trends in business - method share shaping, feature adoption etc.
Mapping external markers for triangulation / hypothesis validation

What are the qualification criteria for suitable candidate ?

Minimum 3 years of past experience in business analytics
Past experience of working closely with sales teams
Minimum 2 years of experience working with startups
Past experience with -

Scenario Analysis
Forecasting models / Predictive modeling
Business plan modeling

A successful intern will need to quickly grasp the business fundamentals, understand the key revenue challenges and leverage data to validate / discover new business levers.
