Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.

In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital). 

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Based on the customer profile, conduct merchant conversations to get feedback, understand pain points, areas where they need support. Focus on Product understanding and adoption as key growth drivers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as an escalation point for customer issues
  • Work with the team to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions
  • Track Key customer Metrics (Product adoption and Usage, Revenue etc) to understand the customer profile and identify merchant profiles with Growth Potential. Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
  • Special focus on retention & identification of opportunities for upselling & cross-selling. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and support, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
  • Work with other cross-functional teams (sales, product, Ops & marketing) as and when required. Help the team with Cross-Functional Escalations.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports on customer success metrics, team performance, and customer feedback

Mandatory Qualifications

  • 4-5 years experience in sales experience in Fintech/SaaS or in a B2B setup. Experience with the Fintech/Banking Industry would be an advantage.
  • Product focussed sales aptitude/experience
  • Strong business acumen and result oriented approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain long-standing relationships with clients
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from customer data and metrics.
  • Should have the ability to present and share insights to the senior management.
  • Must have experience in B2B Sales
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
