Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India. 

We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital). 

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the performance of the team and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
2. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure individual and team performance (Internal & Outsourced Team)
3. Guide the team for Account Management purposes for Key Account within the product & deliver world class service
4. Improve Customer Experience by having frequent meets & face to face if needed
5. Conduct regular feedback sessions with team members to address strengths,areas for improvement, and career development opportunities.
6. Provide constructive coaching to enhance individual and collective performance.
7. Collaborate with team members to set challenging yet achievable performance goals aligned with organizational objectives.
8. Monitor progress towards goals and provide necessary support and guidance.
9. Work with team members to allocate resources efficiently, ensuring optimal productivity and performance.
10. Identify and address any resource gaps or constraints hindering team success.
11. Address and resolve conflicts within the team in a timely and effective manner.
12. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to challenges impacting team performance.
13. Identify training needs within the team and coordinate relevant training
programs.
14. Support the professional development of team members through mentorship and skill-building initiatives.
15. Generate regular reports on team performance for senior management.
16. Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data to inform strategic decision-making.
17. Work closely with other departments to ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment of team goals with overall organizational objectives.
