Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital). 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver new hire technical training programs for customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure training content is up-to-date and relevant & also deliver training sessions around any new product release, features etc.
  • Conduct post-training evaluations to gather feedback and improve future courses.
  • Provide on the job technical new joiners
  • Deliver technical content (across multiple products) at a variety of levels to different audience levels via classroom , virtual classroom, and recorded formats.
  • Use exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including virtual/online delivery of multi-day classes.
  • Contribute and assist in development of effective and sustainable training course maps and curriculum.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of hardware, technical analysis, technical support, technical training, customer service,  service delivery management, project management, training management, and regional skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as learning technologies like LMS and web conferencing applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Ability to foster excellent stakeholder relationships 
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles and Learning Models. 
  • High level of flexibility, creativity, and dependability.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical training environment required; some instructional design experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1 Year of experience of working in Fintech industry
  • A strong technical background and experience with enterprise software (SaaS a plus) and programming languages (JavaScript preferred).
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS or JavaScript) and experience with any programming/scripting language essential.
  • Ability to build skills & behaviour to drive noticeably superior Customer Experience.
