Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India. 

We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital). 

 

Key job responsibilities:

  • Design and develop learning solutions and programs applying adult learning principles and deploy various learning models.
  • Instructional design experience to create learning content that best fits the needs of the learner and business.
  • Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.
  • Conduct analysis to identify key knowledge/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics.
  • Collaborate effectively with business teams; Training Delivery, Operations, Quality, and Compliance, to identify knowledge gaps, and develop technical and non-technical training training initiatives. 
  • Ability to deliver Product, Process & Skill Based Training (Soft Skills).
  • Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles.
  • Collaborate with central design professionals to develop learner engagement strategies, evaluation plans, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate skills training for the Razorpay X team in India to improve their voice and written communication
  • Drive initiatives and programs to continuously improve the communication & other soft skills of the Razorpay X & Capital Teams
  • Examine data to identify the ongoing learning needs of X & Capital teams.
  • Design, build, and audit training content, using data to determine effectiveness. 
  • Design strong branding and marketing communication for all flagship L&D initiatives for seamless adoption.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of experience in the learning & development domain
  • Experience in Instructional Design.
  • Experience in deploying learning content in LMS.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document.
  • Proven work experience in the areas of management and leadership development, organization development, group facilitation, training and training design, including experience in a Leadership Development Business Partner role.
  • Demonstrate experience in influencing senior leaders/stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate program management skills, including managing details, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven advanced instructional design skills, including evaluation methodologies; experience with global design.
  • Master’s Degree in a related discipline.
  • Certified executive coaching experience.
  • International assignment; experience working in a different country.
  • Cross functional experience in an area outside of training and development.
  • Experience working in a customer centric environment.
