About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Performance Marketing Senior Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving user acquisition for Razorpay's B2B business through various paid advertising channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven performance marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious growth targets. You will also be supporting our senior performance marketing professionals in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns to acquire new B2B users for Razorpay.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on B2B audiences.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-performing keywords and target audiences.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad copy, landing pages, and campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data and generate insightful reports to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future campaign strategies. Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate Daily/ Monthly/weekly reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, sales) to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall business goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of performance marketing best practices within the team.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of success in B2B performance marketing.
- Expertise in paid advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate campaign performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A data-driven approach to marketing with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Passion for learning and staying updated on the latest trends in performance marketing.
