The Role:
The incumbent in this role will be working closely with the Chief Of Staff in POS team, responsible for supporting and leading cross-functional programs as assigned, primarily related to revenue delivery. You will work with various stakeholders to progress towards the goal and effectively deliver on assigned program objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end execution and revenue delivery of assigned programs/tasks
- Establish excellent working relationships with various stakeholders and key decision makers across functions in sales and related functions
- Responsible for creating various trackers/dashboards/documents/etc. to track project delivery and CXO reviews
- Refine, and continuously improve processes and practices to drive efficiency and scale
- Collaborate on program definition and scoping, including the program plan and deliverables required for the program’s success. Prioritize projects, leveraging data to drive key decisions
Skills Required
- A Bachelors Degree is required. PG/MBA will be a big plus
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a project manager or program manager role in the Fintech or Banking industry is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving abilities and documentation capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of project management elements, life cycles, tools, and reporting is essential (MS/Google Office Suite)
- Merchant acquiring experience will be a big plus
