The Role:

  • Developing and executing strategies to acquire customers via fresh 2 market approach and cross selling opportunities and retain existing customers.
  • Optimize the user journey to increase conversions and revenue.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and analytics, to identify growth opportunities and implement data-backed experiments.
  • Candidates well-versed in digital growth marketing techniques including search engine optimization, email marketing automation, performance marketing, and analyzing and managing large quantities of data to determine content effectiveness and calculate marketing return on investment (MROI)

Roles & Resposbilities

  • Plan and implement growth strategies that result in user growth.
  • Have an overarching viewpoint on customer journey from a LTV perspective and improving acquisition and retention strategies for the business.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels to improve rankings
  • Use web analytics data from several sources to evaluate the effectiveness of traffic-building initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements in content marketing, user experience, and conversion.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance alight to the organic search strategy.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and document content relationships to identify gaps and duplication
  • Leverage data backed growth hacks to conduct growth experiments in order to reduce marketing CAC and hyperscale conversion channels.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • MBA from Tier 1 college with exposure to performance marketing and customer funnel approaches.
  • Over 3 years of experience in performance marketing and ability to handle over INR 2 Cr of annual budget
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics), google search console, marketing automation tools (Moenage, Clevertap)
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools like salesforce and looker is a plus.
