We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).
- Managing and owning P&L for the core business-
- Forecasting the revenue, costs, and profits
- Monitoring and keeping a close tap on costs, providing ideas for optimizing costs - Financial reporting and preparing monthly income statement to senior management - Coordinating with finance team and vendors
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience of 3-5 years in managing P&L, forecasting losses, optimizing costs forecasting the profits, and monitoring the costs across business units and product verticals.
- Candidate with qualification as CA / MBA / Equivalent from premier institutes
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Expertise in MS Excel and presentation
- The candidate should be competent enough to handle MIS, projection, and business-critical line items.
- Candidate with a similar role in Fintech, Top 5 NBFCs, or Banks.
- Desired Skills and Experience
- Financial Planning, Forecasting, Financial Reporting, MIS, CA, Financial Analysis, Budgeting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, filters, pivot tables, etc. Knowledge in operating Power BI will be a plus point.
- Detail- oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to summarize complex data and thoughts into effective actionable communications.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Takes ownership / responsibility; self-starter with ability to complete actions/projects from start-to-finish.
- Demonstrates desire and ability to achieve results and works on continuous improvements.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic work environment
