Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India. 

We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital). 

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated team player to join the Razorpay team to manage and grow Payment Offers across online & offline payments. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking, outstanding partner relationship management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. In addition, an ability to effectively collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, customer success, product management and operations is critical.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own the relationships with banks & non-bank payment instruments & source high-quality best-in-class payment offers across instruments.
  • Own merchant-facing distribution of these offers.
  • Understand Razorpay’s key payment flows to help build key building blocks with external payments partners.
  • Be a partner ninja and develop deep connects within payments partners to understand developments, influence key roadmaps and build a bridge with internal teams.
  • Provide pro-active support to ensure the success including operations, ROI, analytics & insights. 

Qualifications:  

  • 2+ years experience in Alliances/Partner Relationship Management role 
  • 5 years of consulting, management, sales and/or business leadership 
  • Experience of working in the payments industry will be a plus 
  • Deep understanding of how Payment offers operates in the payments industry will be a plus 
  • Outstanding knowledge of partner development approaches to seed and grow solutions with internal and external collaboration 
  • Ability to think strategically and develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives
  • History of successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships
