We are seeking an experienced IT Security Professional with a specialized focus on O365, endpoint management, cloud security, and network security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security practices, risk management, and hands-on experience with various security tools and technologies. This role requires the ability to strategize, implement, and maintain security measures across multiple IT domains to safeguard our organization's data and infrastructure.
Your Mission
- Develop and implement security policies, configurations, and best practices for Microsoft Office 365 (O365) suite.
- Manage access controls, authentication mechanisms, and data protection measures within the O365 environment.
- Implement and monitor security features such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and encryption.
- Oversee configuration and deployment of endpoint security solutions including antivirus software, endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools, and encryption technologies.
- Implement automated endpoint patch management processes and respond to security incidents involving endpoint devices.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize onboarding and offboarding workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Design, implement, and maintain network security infrastructure, including firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Monitor XDR & CSPM environment to identify and remediate potential threats and ensure compliance.
- Identify and assess security risks across IT systems, applications, and processes, developing risk mitigation strategies.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Security+, CISM, or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT security roles, with a focus on O365, network security, AWS security, endpoint management, and user access workflow automation.
- Strong knowledge of security principles, techniques, and technologies, including encryption, access controls, intrusion detection, and incident response.
- Experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, DLP, IAM, and vulnerability management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
