Your Role

As a Growth Strategy Intern on our Organic Growth & Automation Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Team Lead in both strategic and operational development efforts aimed at enhancing the organic growth of our product portfolio. You will be involved in collaborations with external stakeholders to optimize and expand our reach. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the strategic planning and execution of organic growth initiatives to enhance marketplace performance
  • Utilizing AI and advanced automation tools to ensure product listings for over 40,000 products are optimized to deliver maximum value to consumers, driving sales growth
  • Leveraging your technical skills to process and analyze data using Excel, SQL, and/or Python, ensuring listings meet the highest standards
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to drive strategic collaborations and partnerships
  • Maintaining a keen eye for detail to ensure all product listings are accurate, comprehensive, and compelling

 

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • Are currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-ranking university
  • Hold strong skills in Excel, SQL, and/or Python
  • Possess the ability to process and analyze data effectively to drive insights and actions
  • Pay exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards are maintained across all tasks
  • Are Comfortable working with AI tools and advanced automation technologies
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the growth of a leading e-commerce company
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
