Product Lead

As a Product Lead in our Product Tech Team, you will lead, optimize and manage the content processes critical to our e-commerce marketplace success for our product portfolio of >40,000 products. Your responsibilities will include collecting and interpreting data, identifying patterns and trends in datasets, deliver insights based on the data analysed, guide stakeholders on business decision based on data analysis, storyboarding and creating insights from the dashboards-identify any opportunities, clearly communicate findings and recommendations, data-driven insights to stakeholders/senior leaders, visualizing the data to convey complex data sets into meaningful management information, defining new data collection, management and analysis processes, maintaining current knowledge of modelling and analysis techniques, be the “go to” person for Product managers, developers for analyzing data, build trust and credibility with different stakeholders to achieve common organizational goals and targets, manage and coach team of analytics professionals, data architects, data engineers, produce documentation to aid both business and technical users related to the solutions produced, working with business teams to translate business problems into data problems and solve for them.
