Your Role

As a Product Strategy Intern, you will play a key role in Razor Group's dynamic ecosystem, as our team is the key driver of organic growth within our organisation. Working across our portfolio of brands, you will be at the helm of launching and scaling new products. This internship is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while gaining valuable insight into shaping our strategic direction, scaling sustainably, and contributing to our continued success.

Start 1st January 2025!

 

Your responsibilities will include 

  • conducting market research to assess the demand, competition, and profitability of potential new products.
  • developing strategies for product differentiation and pricing that will give the new products a competitive advantage in the market. This will involve conducting competitor analysis and identifying unique selling points for the products.
  • collaborating with vendors to negotiate favorable terms on pricing, product features, and minimum order quantities. Building strong relationships with vendors will be crucial to ensuring the successful launch of new products.
  • challenging and improving existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness continuously; you will be identifying areas that can be automated to stream line operations and enable faster decision-making.
  • working closely our internal stakeholders such as our go-to-market team; your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams will be essential in bringing new products to market. 

 

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • are pursuing or finished a business administration, economics, or another degree with outstanding academic achievements
  • excel in entrepreneurial environments, embracing a proactive, hands-on approach that involves continuous testing and learning
  • possess solid project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • are ready for show-time: as an intern, you will take ownership of your own business processes & drive their success while contributing like a full-time employee and as an integral part of the team
  • are business fluent in English and have proficient MS Office skills, German is a plus!
  • have experience with e-commerce and/or Amazon FBA businesses and SQL is a plus!
