Program Operations Support responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers and staff, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor system performance and ensure that all systems and processes are running efficiently.

Install and configure hardware, software, and networks.

Perform system maintenance tasks, including system upgrades and patches.

Create and maintain user accounts and access levels.

Monitor network security and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Generate reports, analyze data, and document processes.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in system administration and technical support.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
