Project manager responsibilities:
- Performing agile project management activities including planning, execution, tracking and reporting.
- Leading a team of multiple disciples - Network, Systems, Data, Development and Security
- Managing a technical team using agile practices for Infrastructure related projects.
- Provide the centralized administrative, clerical, documentation, and related functions.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Provide support for the coordination, preparation, and reporting of project statuses on a routine basis.

Develop and implement summary project report structures and project success metrics.

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques and report and escalate to management as needed.

Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders and perform risk management to minimize potential risks.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI-ACP or SAFe Certification.
- 8 years of proven working experience in program management.
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
- Proficient in Azure DevOps or Project Management tools.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
