About the Role
Raycon is looking to bolster our marketing team with an innovative and passionate Director of Influencer Marketing. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to join a quickly growing and successful startup brand.
The ideal candidate is a number loving, but creative minded unicorn. You’ll want to come up with crazy ideas, but aren’t afraid to spend hours checking the numbers behind them. It will be a critical role to the continued growth of Raycon.
What You'll Do
- Your priorities will be direct-response first and brand-building second
- Source and manage all relationship-based growth marketing channels including influencers (paid + organic), Youtube, Podcast, affiliate, partnerships, and more
- Devise bottoms-up strategies for growing our influencer roster, thoughtfully and efficiently
- Track performance on a weekly and monthly basis and make adjustments to improve target KPIs
- Manage in-house team of high-performing influencer marketers
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-fx leaders to devise strategies and tactics to grow impact
- Develop and iterate upon marketing operations related projects, such as communications with influencers and coordinating samples
- Provide input into merchandising calendars and site initiatives
What You Can Do
- Familiarity with performance tracking, measurement, attribution
- Proven marketer who understands and has worked across the full DTC marketing funnel
- Strong relationship skills, adept at negotiation, deal-making and closing deals
- Highly analytical and comfortable with data. Knows how to manipulate and synthesize raw data to extract actionable learnings
- Intuitive project manager who can build and organize well-defined deliverables to meet the goals of the marketing project
- You know e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento inside and out, and familiar with setting up and maintaining third-party apps on the website

- 7+ years of experience in relevant channels using influencers and partnerships to drive sales

Salary Range: In compliance with the New York City Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $100,000 - $150,000 in New York City. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus, benefits or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
