Rauxa is seeking a Digital Supervisor, Paid Search and Social Media for our growing Media team! The person in this position will be a key player on a team charged with building and refining our paid search and paid social offerings, strategies, and forward thinking at Rauxa.
We will consider candidates for our Irvine, CA, Culver City, CA, or New York, NY offices.
What You’ll Do:
Responsible for day to day campaign management, budgets and optimizations in support of client goals
Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to Google AdWords, Facebook Editor, Twitter UI
Manage day to day communication with client when needed, for all things paid search and paid social focused, including best practices, presentation decks and assisting with strategy plans
Establish strong working relationships with search and social vendors to stay up to date on new ad offerings and test opportunities
Develop strategic approach across client businesses
Proactively research campaign issues and formulate actionable solutions based off finding
Who You Are:
You have a bachelor’s degree
You have 3-5 years of paid search and paid social media planning and buying experience in an agency environment
You have strong writing and presentation skills
You have proven PPC/CPC and paid social skills, optimization techniques, and bid management experience
You have a general understanding of Display Media, SEO, Affiliates, Feeds, Mobile, and Attribution
You have mastered understanding of key paid search and paid social metrics and what they mean: CTR, CPC, Engagement Rate, Action Rate, etc.
You are experienced with Paid Search and Social Platforms like Marin, Kenshoo, DS3 is a plus
You are able to work autonomously and demonstrate self-started qualities and to research paid search and paid social issues and formulate tangible solutions
You have strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
You have strong communication skills and an ability to interact directly with clients
