Rauxa is seeking an Account Director for a remote position in the greater Atlanta area that requires working onsite at the client 3-4 times per week. We are looking for account leaders who are hustle all the time when it comes to growing client business and who bring an A-game of head and heart to solving client problems and all they do. The right candidate has proven experience leading the development and execution of CRM campaigns across channels such as, email, direct mail and digital in a digital, advertising or marketing agency. The ability to build and maintain relationships with agency colleagues across offices is also a requirement.
What You'll Do:
Walk the halls, take names and nurture the business
Inspire, lead and grow a best in-class account team who are besties of client and colleague alike
Use your marketing expertise to solve your clients business problems that highlight shining ROI
Provide inspiring leadership and lots of wisdom to junior team members
Grow current client accounts by developing strategic recommendations that meet the clients business objectives and long term goals
Who You Are:
You have a bachelor’s degree
You are a ten-year agency veteran and a seasoned multi-channel, data-driven marketer with extensive CRM experience
You have led the development, launch, measurement and optimization of 1:1 marketing campaigns executed in channels including, email, direct mail and digital
Your leader vibe rings true in all your communications to clients and team alike
You are strategic, entrepreneurial, smart, and a great high-wire juggler!
You have proven abilities to build and grow successful relationships with senior-level clients
You know your way around PowerPoint and have outstanding written and oral client presentation skills
