YOUR ROLE:
As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of a dynamic agency team. You will be our resident expert on our ecosystem, capabilities, data dictionaries, business logic and workflows. You have both the business knowledge and technical expertise to help our clients and teams solve complex problems which help us meet our business goals.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Become subject matter expert on our marketing operations ecosystem, business logic, processes, and procedures
- Analyze ecosystem and data processes and provide recommendations for improvements
- Assist with troubleshooting and analysis of ecosystem and data processing issues
- Assist with discovery, analysis, and documentation of proposed changes to ecosystem and data processes
- Create visualizations and documents to help others understand ecosystem and business requirements
- Document marketing ecosystem to include technology, integrations, business logic, processes and procedures
- Validate, document, and communicate business requirements with relevant stakeholders (client/agency)
- Educate and collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing operations to ensure data processing strategies align with business objectives and operational needs
- Work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
- Be accountable for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned work
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- BA in computer science, information technology, or related technical field
- 5+ years of overall work experience or relevant educational qualifications.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience as a business analyst, systems analyst or IT consultant
- Experience in digital marketing, contact center, CRM a plus.
- Able to thrive independently given direction and objectives.
- Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in technical writing.
- Ability to compile, organize and synthesize large amounts of information.
- Experience with business planning tools such as Jira and Confluence, and process flow mapping tools such as Miro, Lucid Charts, Visio etc).
- Military or government experience a plus.

This range is specific to Chicago and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
