RAPP Dallas is looking for an Associate Director, Integrated Delivery to join our award-winning Program Management team.

YOUR ROLE:
The Associate Director, Integrated Delivery is responsible for sourcing vendors, establishing long term direct relationship contracts with vendors, building pricing templates based upon company’s offline product line, and purchasing printed materials in accordance with process and procedures. Achieve and maintain its strategic vision of being a low cost, high value producer of offline integrated direct marketing services. Executes the strategy that supports service delivery, client profitability, and client satisfaction, sharing of best practices across clients.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish job parameters, including production specifications, vendor limitations, and net/gross pricing.
- Review all projects with Project Manager to confirm clarity, production timeline, and postal approval.
- Investigate potential suppliers and recommend those most desirable based on knowledge of manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities, and schedule availability.
- Adhere to changes, and re-bid/re-price job, or work with the Account Team(s), to ensure pricing guidelines remain consistent with the contract and overall profit goals.
- Monitor jobs, along with Project Managers, for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Reconcile jobs with team at completion of campaign.
- Attend press checks (when appropriate)
- Ensure verbal orders are not accepted or given, without written backup.
- Secure, on all contracts, a precise, written estimate from the dm print vendors, and prepare them in accordance with the pricing and gross margin guidelines.
- Assist the Project Managers as needed, and consult with Creative, designers and our current cadre of suppliers to resolve questions on formats and/or print specifications.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to develop cost and time estimates, accurate printing specifications, and agreed-upon and approved timelines.
- Ability to develop and refine all pricing templates with current paper and postage rates.
- Ability to resolve vendor issues, in a professional manner that ensures continuing good relationships. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to pricing that differ from original written estimate, negotiating discounts for errors, working with vendors to identify quality control process issues and their resolution, and maintaining open communication on the changing needs of clients.
- Ability to aggressively seek out new ideas, formats, vendors or solutions which could help the company increase its strategic advantage or improve its results to the agency’s clients.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university or related experience.
- 5-7 years experience leading direct mail and collateral projects in an Advertising or Marketing capacity.
- Agency experience a plus.

This range is specific to Dallas and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
