THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can oversee and help to lead multiple projects from
initiation and definition, through to delivery on large/cross channel campaigns.

You’ll need to be an enthusiastic problem solver who thrives on being involved at all levels of the project/process and be there to motivate and support team members. You’ll have top notch communication and project management skills and be able to hit the ground running.

We are looking for someone willing to get stuck into a busy, fun and fast-paced account. Applicants should be ambitious, enthusiastic, organised and personable with a keen interest in marketing.

  • We’re in the process of working to centralise our efforts for the brand. You’ll be across multiple workstreams, with multiple disciplines working on the digital transformation of a global brand

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience of effectively managing projects (online & offline) from initial brief through to final delivery​
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently​ (with assistance from the wider team and Project Director)
  • Ability to use and learn various Agency and team specific workflow tools
  • Adept at building strong relationships at all levels and able to manage multiple stakeholders ​
  • Commercially minded – able to pull together comprehensive project budgets​
  • Problem-solving mentality ​
  • Evidence of working with content management systems and project management methodologies​

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understanding and knowledge of navigating workflow systems​
  • Has the ability to forward plan, anticipate problems and adapt across workstreams
  • Responsible for managing and driving a programme of creative requirements across multiple disciplines and specialisms
  • Ensure following all meetings and sessions that there is a clear plan for all disciplines leading to the next project milestone
  • Schedules key project milestones and assigns tasks to team members in line with overall workflow​
  • Able to oversee and manage multiple production processes and disciplines at any one time​
  • Ensures the relevant production and specialist expertise is brought on-board or engaged and the relevant project milestone​
  • Ensures a collaborative working approach to integrated production- has ability to manage expectations and set clear objectives
  • Manages information flow to all internal parties to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery​
  • Ensures financial health of each project by proactively managing alongside AccLead the budgets and deliverables and adjusting where relevant​
  • Understand strategic and campaign performance of projects in order tolearn and adapt agency approach for future projects​
  • Partner to day to dayteam members
  • Work in partnership with the Account Lead to align on priority of projects​
  • Work with Lead Strategist to interpret incoming agency creative brief requirements​
  • Engages directly with client, as required, to update overall workflow or individual project status and or overall workflow overview
  • Builds good relationships with all internal departments and disciplines to ensure goodwill and strong team performance ​

 

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
