  • Oversee portfolio of accounts
  • High level understanding of nature of work & status across different workstreams
  • Ability to make priority calls based on client needs & orchestrate via respective Project Managers
  • Manage client communication (ex. Steer co, core team, monthly checkpoints, escalations, etc.)
  • Nurture client relationship & identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Work with discipline leads to draft team proposals & manage quality of service
  • Budget management

  • 3+ years of experience in managing people and projects.
  • Client relationship management & handled client accounts that incl. multiple workstreams, projects, etc.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple disciplines / departments / partners to successfully deliver projects.
  • Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Box, Jira, Confluence.
  • PMP designation, SCRUM Master, Six Sigma.
  • Intermediate English Proficiency (B2 reading, writing, and conversation).



  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, computer science, or related field
