As Sr. Project Manager you are the Maestro of the client projects – you’re the one who knows how to make things happen. You’re the master of the execution and process from project initiation to delivery. You are passionate about the space from CRM, DM and Digital. You’re creative, solutions-oriented, organized, collaborative and have exceptional people skills. You are a trusted partner able to align internal teams with a mutual understanding of all deliverables and drive them to execution.


  • Serve as the project lead and are responsible for the overall management and execution of projects they are assigned, ensuring the delivery of high-quality deliverables that power client satisfaction, meet business requirements, and balance client and agency economics.
  • Keep projects moving forward smoothly, develop and manage project plans for new/existing work, ensures all working deliverables within the project lifecycle are produced within specified timeframes.
  • Efficiently manage + communicate milestones throughout the project lifecycle, proactively mitigate risks and are comfortable adapting to changes from inception to delivery of projects.
  • Interface heavily with marketing, technical, and creative senior leads to assure that the solution is understood and addresses the customer's business requirements.
  • Manage account/project-related meetings including weekly account status meetings, internal reviews, etc. Issues and or ensure issuance of timely contract reports.
  • Responsible for the accurate financial management of the portfolio of projects to which he/she is assigned.
  • Closely monitors project risks/issues, escalates in timely manner, and drives teams to effective solutions
  • Project Managers define project scope, drafts statements of work (SOWs), creates staff plans, estimates budgets and produces timelines that align to client and business needs.
  • Aligns the project team to the work to ensure resources are available and present at appropriate times throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Responsible for maintaining the required level of quality through every step of the delivery process.
  • Vendor Management & Tracking – works with 3rd party partners to align on project related costs, tracking deliverables to the approved budget and internal integration of vendor costs into client SOW documents.
  • Manage simultaneous projects and programs within budgetary and schedule constraints.
  • Collaborates with disciplines across Integrated Agency Teams (IAT) and agency to deliver the highest quality of work
  • If assigned, capable of mentoring junior team members of the best practices of the agency and project management.
  • Builds respectful, strong working relationships with internal team(s) from Account Management to execution resources on a project, as well as external partners and vendors.
  • Builds respectful, strong working relationships when applicable with client(s). Ensure understanding and adherence to agency process.
  • Optimizes production workflows and processes with a goal of continual improvement.
  • Ensures the use of best practices and apply lessons learned from previous projects; share lessons learned with other project management team members
  • Plans for and controls quality by reviewing items before delivery to client; monitoring and enhancing internal and external deliverables/documents; working with internal teams on needed revisions/enhancements and involving the Quality Assurance team at key project junctures.
  • Proficient with programs such as Visio, Excel, PPT and MS Project.
  • Experience with project management/workflow tools, Workfront a plus.
  • Properly notifies the internal team of any risks, weaknesses or opportunities that could impact the success of the project, escalating to upper management as appropriate
  • Runs efficient meetings and conference calls. Ensures timely conference notes and action steps taken.
  • Is a champion of the agency process and quality work. Ensures adherence by all parties.
  • The ideal candidate is a project management expert, mentor, and advocate.


  • Bachelor's degree Marketing, MIS, or Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM and 360 campaign management, i.e. digital, direct mail, video, radio, etc. at an advertising agency at a media, direct marketing or interactive advertising agency.
  • Experience in multiplatform content extensions and original content production.
  • Working knowledge of print production/ execution process.
  • Working knowledge & understanding of web technologies, including HTML, DHTML, XML, etc.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud experience required.
  • Possess an established track record of successful accomplishment with clients / teams.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, including MS Project & MS Visio.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and develop detailed work plans and specifications
  • Must have sound organizational skills and be detailed-oriented / stickler for details.
  • Must have sound written and communication skills.
  • Must have proven leadership skills and ability / desire to mentor junior PM talent (if applicable.)
