RAPP Los Angeles is looking for a Data Sciences Director
to join our award-winning Marketing Sciences team.

You have 7+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, software engineering, and/or statistics in a developer and management capacity, and a graduate degree is required. You should also have proven knowledge of AWS stack, Python, R, and SQL.
You should have experience with unstructured data and APIs, expertise in artificial intelligence/machine learning, and experience studying large and small internal and external datasets to extract actionable insights and know-how to develop data science. models to drive audience targeting, messaging, and strategic judgment-making.
You have experience with disparate data sets (customer demographic, marketing engagement, media, and social data, qualitative research data, macro-economic data, etc.) to expose brand insights, market opportunities, and potential marketing strategies.
In your career, you have provided actionable insights, algorithms, and computational solutions to real-world marketing challenges through the application of technology-based mathematical methods. Working with automotive clients is a plus.
