From opening a checking account, treating peanut allergies, enhancing connections with gamers, or driving efficiency and security with technology, we design smart solutions for our clients across financial services, pharma, gaming, and tech sectors.
You have 8+ years aggregated experience across some combination of project management, agency operations, process and resource management, and capacity planning.
You are an efficiency guru, able to optimize toolsets, ensure operational scale, and put into practice processes to ensure our projects and teams are properly staffed and run effectively to deliver work that blows our clients’ minds. You are comfortable navigating financial operations, understanding impact of decisions to the fiscal bottom line.
You have a solid understanding of the key tenets of change management with excellent EQ to help guide our teams to embrace change in full trust that we will come out the other side better for it.
You are digitally and technologically savvy and comfortable driving implementation of new tools and platforms, including rollout of communications and trainings.
You are a self-starter, strategic in approach and thinking, precise and detail oriented in execution, and eager for an opportunity to impact the growth trajectory of a business.
