You have 10+ years of advertising/media experience with a combination of strategic consulting experience. You also have at least 5+ years of hands-on digital advertising or digital media experience managing and implementing paid, organic, and social media campaigns across networks.
You have knowledge of the media landscape and possess the ability to drive strategy for integrated media initiatives including on and offline media.
You have strong ability to judge and quantify results of advertising and promotional efforts to understand the true value of ROI, understand and describe impact of results, compare actual results to established KPI’s, and know what to do the information.
You are fluent in the tools and use of 1st and 3rd party data for audience identification and targeting. You are a strong collaborator working upstream across disciplines to bring strategy and customer journeys to life through media activation and creativity.
You recognize the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization and you know that these differences add to a work culture. As such, you are sensitive in your expectations and ways of communicating to all team members.
