You have 5+ years of UX/IA and interactive agency experience. You also have 1+ years of supervisory leadership experience.
You produce effective wireframes, design mock-ups, and prototype to communicate ideas to others. You have an understanding of the types of experiences that are made possible by current digital technologies.
You have knowledge of cross-browser, cross-platform, cross-device implementation techniques. You design and conduct user research and user testing, applying methods such as interviews, surveys, focus groups, and remote testing platforms.
You collaborate with creative teams on concept models, UI/user interface sketches and schematics. You develop UX deliverables including site maps, annotated wirefames, process flows, functional requirements, and UX QA.
You recognize the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization and you know that these differences add to a work culture. As such, you are sensitive in your expectations and ways of communicating to all team members.
