About the Role
Since launching in early 2020, Ramp has experienced exponential organic growth. As a founding member of Ramp’s Marketing team, you will further scale our growth efforts by owning and executing our content marketing strategy. You will be working on content across the buyer journey from thought leadership pieces to customer evidence to support our sales team. This is a key role on the Marketing team and as such will be resourced accordingly.
What You’ll Do
Lead the production of high quality content that grows the Ramp brand and nurtures potential customers.
Own our SEO channel and work closely with an agency to grow it into a meaningful source of leads.
Manage an editorial calendar so that content is produced on a regular and consistent basis as agreed with the Head of Content and Comms.
Develop a stable of external contributors - partners and contractors - to contribute to our content program.
Build relationships around the company from senior leadership to individual contributors.
Collaborate with other marketing functions on both a project and ongoing basis.
Lead, motivate, mentor, and grow the content marketing team.
What You’ll Need
5+ years experience in media or publishing, preferably in a management or production role.
Proven editing and writing skills.
Experience of working under pressure and adhering to tight deadlines is essential.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Comfortable with analytics and able to provide regular reports to the rest of the business.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment.

Podcast experience - ideally as a showrunner for a branded podcast.
