About the Role
Ramp is in a critical phase of growth. We grew 60x in 2020 and are building out a talented business operations team to ensure we maintain this trajectory for years to come. You’ll work directly with our Head of Business Operations to drive mission-critical, cross-functional projects across the organization. You will collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, Product, Risk, and Operations teams to deliver on ambitious growth goals. This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Ramp’s growth efforts across all functions.
What You’ll Do
- Run a wide range of go-to-market projects within a high-growth startup. Translate strategies into specific business initiatives, develop operational plans, then execute, measure, and iterate
- Lead development of SDR, Sales, and Account Management enablement and training programs
- Work directly with GTM functional leaders to develop playbooks, processes, and tools for reps and front line managers
- Regularly analyze GTM performance, unit economics and other functional metrics / KPIs to identify areas of strength and improvement
- Drive headcount planning and manage commissions, goals, and achievement
- Help drive forecasting for the full lead and sales funnel, and measure pipeline Health
- Partner cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Operations teams to identify and drive operational efficiencies throughout the GTM funnel
What You’ll Need
- 7+ total years of experience, with at least 3+ building revenue operations or sales operations at a B2B startups that have yielded exponential growth
- You’re a structured thinker with a natural capacity to distill complex concepts and effectively communicate them to a variety of audiences
- You have a “get things done” mentality; you can dissect problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy
- You have a team-first mentality and communication skills that allow you to influence others at all levels and across all functions within the organization to rally behind shared business goals
- You have an exceptional ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
- You’re a master with Excel, PPT, Salesforce
Nice to Haves:
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, and/or operations & strategy at a fast-growing startup
- Command of SQL and other GTM business systems and tools, or a willingness to learn
- Experience in B2B high-growth startups and/or high-growth technology companies
- Passion for or curiosity to learn about financial technology
