About the Role

Ramp is looking for an experienced brand designer with excellent writing and visual design skills to build brand awareness, uplevel growth initiatives, and improve product education. You will focus on each of our target audiences to create thoughtful, clever, and beautiful designs that ultimately drive growth and product loyalty across all channels. As part of the Design team, you will partner closely with our Growth, Product Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and PR/Communications teams on a wide range of initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Evolve our visual identity and expand our brand guidelines
  • Lead design for a wide range of growth initiatives
  • Lead the design and journey on Ramp.com. Partner with Product Marketing and Growth teams to continuously experiment on our main acquisition journey
  • Lead creative for our Performance Marketing efforts, work directly with our GTM team and performance marketing agencies
  • Facilitate ideation, define visual guidelines and standards, and help our partners successfully represent our brand
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing and Content Marketing teams to design and produce content; including illustration, photography, video
  • Work directly with our Growth Marketing and Sales team to create journeys and funnels
  • Manage freelance and agency relationships to fill in gaps
  • Collaborate with the rest of the design team to evolve our product vision, design systems, and brand guidelines
  • Contribute and develop our internal design internship program, where you will mentor the next generation of product designers

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 5 years of tech/startup or digital product agency experience
  • Strong portfolio and ability to speak through design decisions & tradeoffs
  • Extraordinary visual design skills
  • Strong background in visual/interaction design, UX/UI, branding & identity, and typography
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Mastery of Product Design software (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
