About the Role

As Ramp builds out its People Operations team, we are looking for our first People Operations Manager to help own and drive the buildout of our short-term and long-term organizational goals to help us through this next phase of growth. 

What You’ll Do

  • Work with Ramp’s leadership to understand and shape our mission, vision, values and organizational goals
  • Provide insights and make recommendations on implementation plans, creative approaches, policies and procedures in development of HR for the company
  • Reporting and analytics based on organization needs and driving insights for future HRBPs and team members using existing dashboards and HRIS data
  • Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and offboarding)
  • Handle inbound employee inquiries, identify needs, process necessary transactions in our HRIS and other systems, and escalate issues effectively
  • Conducting exit interviews with departing employees and routing their questions to the correct partners
  • Advocate for employees across teams to make their experiences seamless
  • Maintain a growth mindset approach to scaling organizations at Ramp

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in People Operations
  • Experience in building and leading people operations programs that support all employees across the organization
  • Experience working on projects focused on the enhancement of the employee lifecycle through process improvements, automation, data & insights
  • Experience at a fast-paced, high growth Tech company
  • Experience with HRIS systems & tools
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
  • Clear communication, structured thinking, organization and project management skills
  • Strong collaborator who can build relationships across the company internally and with partners
