About the Role

Since launching in early 2020, Ramp has experienced exponential organic growth. As a founding member of Ramp’s marketing team, you will further scale our growth efforts by owning and executing paid & earned growth channels and take Ramp’s demand generation growth engine from 0 → 1. You will also own the long term direction of the company’s lead acquisition strategy, working in lock-step with Sales, Growth Product, Design & Operations to deliver on ambitious pipeline goals as a key member of the GTM team.

What You’ll Do

  • Build up a growth demand generation machine from the ground up
  • Run multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, outbound email, and affiliates) to hit MQL and SQL goals
  • Design experiments to 'hack' new growth channels and tactics, working cross functionally with Growth Engineering, Product, Sales, and Design
  • Continuously test, measure, and improve campaigns and growth channels, optimizing for CPL, ROAS, CAC
  • Set the foundation for measuring and optimizing marketing performance, working with Marketing Ops
  • Thrive in a fast pace, ambiguous environment with a lean, collaborative team

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience executing and scaling demand generation programs at B2B companies that have yielded exponential growth
  • Analytical depth and deep understanding of optimizing marketing performance metrics (CAC/LTV, conversion rates etc.)
  • Prior experience running and optimizing ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and other marketing tools
  • BA/BS in a technical or analytical field from an accredited university
