About the Role

As an early member of the Sales Operations team, you will be defining and building the Sales infrastructure that will allow us to execute and scale. Reporting into the Head of Sales Operations, you will work closely with Sales and Business Leadership, as well as cross functionally, to inform and drive results. Sales Operations will support the full Sales stack from Business Development through to Account management.

What You’ll Do

  • Define strategies that meets current needs as well as long term sustainable growth
  • Translate strategies into specific business initiatives, develop operational plans, execute, measure, and iterate
  • Create and measure Sales Insights, Success Metrics, KPIs, and Sales Trends
  • Manage Commission Planning, Goals, and Achievement
  • Drive Headcount Planning, Rep Efficiency, and Performance Evaluation
  • Support Systems, Process, and Sales Tools for reps and front line managers
  • Develop Forecasting and Analysis for the full Sales Funnel and Pipeline Health
  • Create Reporting and Dashboards to inform the Business 
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to provide informed recommendations into Ramp’s product roadmap
  • Partner cross functionally with Support, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive efficiencies throughout the account lifecycle

What You Need

  • BA/BS or MS degree
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Sales Operations, ideally across multiple teams
  • High adaptability and understanding of change within the evolution of a startup
  • Highly Innovative problem solver: possessing strong organizational, multi-tasking, project planning, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan and implement for short term needs as well as long term sustainable growth
