Rakuten Marketing is looking for an Account Manager to join our Parisian office and to work in our Affiliation / Affiliate Marketing team. Part of our Client Services team you will be the contact point of the clients and be in charge of creating and developing our online advertising campaigns.
Your main role will be to ensure the sales revenue’s increase by maintaining the clients’ satisfaction.
Role and Responsibilities
You will be in charge, in total autonomy, of a client portfolio (agencies and advertisers) and of the commercial relation.
Maintain the clients’ satisfaction by defining clear goals to achieve and by giving recommendations adapted to their needs.
Operational and strategic follow-up of the campaigns.
Launching the new campaigns
With the help of the Business Intelligence team (with whom you will work closely), give optimized propositions and make performance analysis.
You have a business degree, completed with a significant experience in the webmarketing (affiliation, agency or advertiser).
You have a strong relational and commercial aptitude.
You are proactive.
You have strong Excel analytical skills.
You enjoy and know how to teamwork.
You have an excellent level of French.
You also have good English abilities.
