We are looking for a Tech Support Analyst to work in our Corporate IT team. You will give remote support to our users based in the US, India, Brazil and Europe. We are looking for a highly capable specialist to provide technical assistance to our team and be able to bring new ideas to the company. In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance and securing data. 
To ensure success as a Tech Support Analyst, you should possess extensive experience in providing information technology support in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting tech support manager and other departments as required

  • Providing tech support assistance to staff and customers

  • Documenting processes and ensuring a knowledge base for our tech support team

  • Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in tech support

  • Work with stakeholders to maintain a continuous improvement of the team

  • Tech support governance

  • Tech support in troubleshooting on the large scale within enterprise environment

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • English is mandatory

  • 1 or 2 years of providing support to in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software and networks

  • 1 or 2 years of experience providing support on Mac, Linux and Windows

  • 1 or 2 years of experience supporting Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, Jira and Confluence

  • Previous experience with Jira Service Management

  • Ability to determine tech support needs

  • Proficiency in tech support service desk software, such as Jira Service management

  • Experience in documenting processes and creating a knowledge base

Bonus points:

  • Experience with AWS and SQL

  • Interpersonal and communication skills
