The ideal candidate is actively seeking a career in technology sales. We are looking for a Business Development Representative to help us grow and promote our brand in the industries we serve. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting potential partners and generating curiosity. 


The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that brings dynamic thinking and well-honed work ethic to the table. Working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and presenting. Looking for someone with a competitive nature that is a doer. Keen organizational skills, resourcefulness and a desire to be on the cutting edge of new technology are must-haves for this role. 



  • Utilize existing data in CRM to set up campaigns and test different content and outreach strategies for effectiveness.
  • Source new leads through research, and contact executive-level prospects via outbound cold calls and emails
  • Prospect call preparation
  • Provide thoughtful feedback to management and product team on market response
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
  • Assist in writing targeted copy and aid in the design and layouts of communications, such as advertisements, emails, presentations, newsletters, event support materials and brochures
  • Willing to attend trade shows, conferences and in person meetings


  • Coach-ability and work ethic must be top notch
  • Confidence and high energy on the telephone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Ability to handle rejection and perseverance
  • Experience in using CRMs (Hubspot), Saas or HCM is a plus
