We’re looking for an experienced Senior Director, JADC2 Business Development to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a game-changing organization where we put our customers and people first.
What we are looking for:
- Formulate a unified, intentional, and testable strategy within the JADC2 problem space to boost Raft's C3BM AI/ML & Data focused software solutions.
- Increase and solidify Raft’s portfolio in the U.S. Air Force’s C3BM community. Provide mentorship, insights, and support to the management team on business investments and strategic priorities.
- Establish and sustain strong, trusted collaborations with offices of senior military and civilian US Government clients, existing and prospective customers, and industry partners and suppliers.
- Act as the key AF leader for initiatives within the business portfolio, managing customer relations, tracking performance, and ensuring contract fulfillment.
- Help the clients fulfill their needs and capability gaps with the capabilities, products, and technologies present or under development in the corresponding defense sectors. Promote a smooth integration across the sector.
- Encourage an environment of trust, open communication, customer orientation, innovation, and ongoing enhancement.
- Foster and maintain productive working relationships with customers to pinpoint new business prospects, actively communicate and resolve program issues, and guide program teams strategically.
- Lead efforts that advance the organization, contributing to the business's financial results. Meet financial performance promises and strategic market growth targets.
Highly preferred:
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, managing complex programs within the Department of Defense, preferably with experience within the AF's Command and Control (C2)
- Have a deep understanding of the technical and operational challenges within the Indo-Pacific and across the Air Force's C3BM community
- Have at least 10 years of experience in relevant Program Management, acquisitions, or business development roles in the government and/or private sector.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to varied level of audiences.
Clearance Requirements:
- Current Active Secret and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
