Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Qwick, you will be developing product requirements (user stories) and overseeing execution for some of the highest-impact initiatives that serve our marketplace. This role is an opportunity to shape the product that is changing the future of work.

Product development is an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, analytics and customer-facing teams. On a day-to-day basis, you will spend your time split between external meetings with customers and internal discussions with your engineering, marketing, analytics, and sales counterparts. We look for people who have strong agile acumen, business acumen, and high emotional intelligence. 

We’re looking for creative and curious product thinkers who can develop a compelling vision for Qwick’s products and services.  In this role, you will primarily focus on expanding the success of the marketplace, focusing on problems that make matching Professionals and Business partners more efficient. This is a data driven role, both qualitative and quantitative. You will be expected to work closely with engineering, customers, operations, and the rest of the Product team while building a vision for the future of how to optimize our marketplace.

  • Executing on agile initiatives such as backlog grooming, writing user stories, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+  years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics
  • Persistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product and team are successful
  • Able to iteratively improve processes over time
  • Bias for action paired with an empathetic, customer-centered attitude
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Phoenix-based or willing to relocate (hybrid office environment)
Pay is dependent on your professional background and expertise.
$130,000$175,000 USD
