  • Leading RFP responses, proposal development, sales presentations and final contract negotiations.

What’s required to be successful in this role?

  • First and foremost, you should have demonstrable experience and a proven track record of selling multi-million-dollar complex technology solutions and services with the ability to sell $8+ million per year to large enterprise customers.
  • Extraordinary business acumen, tenacity and a credible, professional executive appearance; proven ability to effectively engage, influence and persuade executive business stakeholders, discern business needs and translate complex solutions into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • An innovative mindset – an effective listener who is always thinking about the “art of the possible” when engaging with customers.
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills; strong problem solving, decision making, time management and organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to develop productive customer/team relationships and work across functional boundaries.
  • Promoter of trust and teamwork; ability to delegate, motivate and influence.
  • Demonstrable data-driven strategic account planning and sales execution capabilities; demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • A trusted and established business network in the commercial enterprise sector that is nurtured and has growth potential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field.

What else would set me apart?

  • Previous experience selling Microsoft services and solutions – specifically for a Microsoft partner
  • Previous experience selling offshore technology services
  • Trusted relationships within the Microsoft field sales ecosystem
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft Azure cloud platform technologies
  • Sales experience within Finance and/or Insurance industry verticals

This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Phoenix or Tampa.

If you love the art of the deal, have a passion for selling strategic technology services and enjoy being a sales leader in a growth-minded company, Quisitive is the company for you!

Please, no third-party agency inquiries, and we are unable to offer visa sponsorships at this time.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
