It is a very exciting time of growth for our Go-To-Market sale pursuit team, and we are currently hiring a Product Manager to help drive innovation for our Managed Services Microsoft solution offerings.  

This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Phoenix, San Antonio or Tampa. 

What will I be doing?

As a Product Manager, you will provide leadership to our subscription services strategy for Azure, M365, Security and Compliance, and other Microsoft Product Support Services. This strategic role involves driving innovation, orchestrating top-of-sales funnel activities, and fostering strong relationships with internal teams to enhance our managed solutions and services offerings. Your mission is to ensure strong collaboration and execution between Quisitive's industry vertical solutions, Managed Services (MGS) product innovation, marketing and sales teams, enabling us to deliver exceptional value to our customers. Responsibilities may include:

  • Engaging with customers to better understand buying decisions and points of value as essential inputs to both solution positioning/messaging and solution roadmaps
  • Monitoring competitor offerings & messaging to ensure competitive differentiation
  • Collaborating with Quisitive's sales and solution delivery teams to:
    • Understand customer needs, discovering features and functionality that should be on the roadmap based on this research, and ensuring strategic product value propositions
    • Harvest valuable feedback and incorporate it with competitive research to identify new offerings and solutions to take to market; leverage those inputs to feed MGS innovation strategy and roadmap for Azure, M365 Security and Compliance, and Flex Sustaining Services 
    • Craft compelling narratives around product value propositions and identifying customer-centric solutions
    • Enable our sales team to understand customer needs, align products to those needs, and equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools to position our products compellingly
  • Partnering with the Quisitive marketing team to define target audience/ICP & key value propositions for solutions; providing input and assistance with impactful go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns that resonate; resulting in a strong pipeline of leads for the sales team to pursue
  • Representing Quisitive as the company’s solution services champion to external points of contact for MGS products
  • Developing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with Quisitive technical delivery/engineering teams to align product development and prioritization; providing strategic support to sales teams and facilitating knowledge sharing
  • Defining service improvements and partnering with delivery/engineering teams to integrate and implement identified changes into the service

Additional Responsibilities

  • Analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
  • Creating TAM (total addressable market) analysis to define market opportunities and goals
  • Defining packaging and pricing strategies to ensure product market fit
  • Collaborating with MGS leadership on customer feedback and paired with industry research, influencing and driving continuous product(s) improvement to ensure alignment with market demand and customer expectations

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Increasing volume and improving quality of leads for Managed Services resulting in exponentially higher opportunity pipeline for the sales team
  • Elevating the conversion rate and driving revenue growth through strategic sales enablement and product positioning; achieving or exceeding Managed Services revenue growth goals
  • Ensuring our offerings stand out in the market and meet the complex needs of our customers
  • Strengthening collaboration and ensuring strategic alignment among the cross-functional teams, creating a cohesive and integrated approach to product development and sales support

What experience is important to my success in the Product Manager role?

First and foremost, you should be a confident and energetic leader! Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for success is critical to this role.

  • In-depth knowledge of Azure, M365, and Security & Compliance services required
  • At least five years of successful innovation and product strategy development and execution
  • A knack for translating complex technical details into sales strategies
  • A customer-focused mindset with a track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills; adept at engaging with both technical and sales teams to foster a collaborative environment
  • Proven experience developing, executing and managing plans, projects and expectations
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage change in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Positive leader who promotes a culture of trust and teamwork
  • Ability to delegate, motivate and influence
