The Quiq team is made up of technology leaders who are from deep in the CX space and specialize in driving transformational change for CX teams globally. The team hails from Zendesk, Oracle Service Cloud, RightNow, Genesys, and LivePerson.

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President of Sales to lead our global enterprise sales strategy, driving growth by building strong relationships with C-suite executives and enterprise clients. You will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities and implementing data-driven sales strategies that enable Quiq to exceed its revenue goals.

You will oversee a high-performing, distributed sales team across multiple regions, managing and optimizing their performance while ensuring alignment with our company’s overall business objectives. Your ability to provide unique, needed solutions to Enterprise companies, coupled with your experience navigating (sometimes) long sales cycles, will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven global sales strategy for the Enterprise + Mid Market segment, while a bulk of your team's book of business consists of Enterprise companies.
  • Set and monitor ambitious revenue goals, ensuring consistent achievement through consistent effective planning, forecasting, and execution.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, staying ahead of AI+ LLM industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of high-performing sales professionals, fostering a collaborative culture of accountability, integrity, and success.
  • Establish clear sales performance metrics, regularly review progress, and provide actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement and goal achievement.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive team culture that prioritizes both individual and team success, with a focus on professional development and career growth.

Sales Operations:

  • Partner with the revenue operations and enablement teams to optimize sales processes, tools, and technology, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product/engineer, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Customer Focus:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, at Fortune 1000 companies, ensuring they experience top-tier service.
  • Leverage customer insights and feedback to refine sales strategies and drive innovation in our product offerings, enhancing the value we provide to enterprise clients.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on selling CX SaaS to large enterprise customers.
  • Authentic interest in emerging AI-powered CX technologies and industry trends, with the ability to quickly translate knowledge to reps on emerging trends/competitive landscapes. 
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling distributed sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets in a global context.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams to achieve peak performance.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to sales management and optimization.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and high-performance sales culture.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile organization, and ability to adapt to evolving market conditions.
