We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager, a highly motivated individual with a passion for brand marketing to support the continuing growth of the quip brand. This role will be an integral strategy lead and executor of our evolving brand strategy, including brand and product architecture, archetype positioning and brand campaigns. You are a critical stakeholder and advocate in establishing and ensuring clear and consistent brand consistency across platforms, partnerships, events, and promotions. Communicating the art and science of brand strategy and implementation will be critical with cross-functional teams and with external partners.
The right candidate has the ability to think both creatively and analytically, and understands the value of relationship-building to drive results. Must possess a keen marketing / consumer curiosity and desire to inspire and motivate people to build stronger and healthier oral care habits. Strong leadership skills, a passion for brand strategy and identifying white space opportunities for the brand will make you an invaluable part of the small but mighty brand team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute our brand strategy in partnership with brand leadership, including data-driven and qualitative success criteria
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and creative team to establish clear brand guidelines and guardrails that both internal and external partners can easily understand and leverage
- Lead brief drafting for brand campaigns, including ATL and lead agency relationships in partnership with marketing operations
- Lead PR efforts with our external agency to develop an ‘always on’ approach to quip’s presence and develop strong brand narratives in key moments throughout the year.
- Collaborate with Performance marketing to develop media plans and ensure that campaign executions maintain strong and consistent brand presence no matter where quip appears in the consumer journey
- Maintain brand’s input into our overall integrating marketing calendar and manage the execution of brand campaigns throughout the year. Lead brief, feedback, and creative development process in partnership with in-house creative team.
- Partner with integrated marketing to identify brand partnerships and events to help grow and strengthen our brand’s presence. Develop and execute communication strategies that support priority concepts, products, campaigns, events, public relations and corporate initiatives.
- Collaborate with other marketers across social, influencer, content, product and growth to maximize brand moments throughout the year for both consumer and provider network brand development
- Report on and analyze results, stay on top and communicate industry brand and marketing trends, and make recommendations on internal processes to ensure our programs are impactful.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years experience in brand marketing with proven results. Experience with integrated marketing, partnerships, or public relations is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field. Graduate degree preferred.
- Creative, self-directed and resourceful social media marketer with a desire to establish best-in-class programs for quip.
- Excellent relationship-building, verbal and written communication skills, with an understanding of what messages will resonate with new and existing members of the quip community.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional groups at a dynamic company.
- Highly adaptable and always looking for culturally relevant opportunities to engage with our community members to balance both evergreen content and timely content
- Quantitative skills to analyze and assess the success of marketing efforts.
- Thorough understanding of digital strategy, social platforms, and content creation.
- Ability to work and achieve success in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
