HR Advisor 

The Role

We are looking for a personable and passionate HR Advisor to join our People Operations team based in London. The HR Advisor will have a broad remit and be responsible for all aspects of HR operations, as well as leading on wider People Operations Initiatives. This role would suit someone with 2+ years’ generalist HR experience, who is comfortable with data analysis, owning people focussed projects end to end and who possesses strong organisational and communication skills. Reporting to the Director of People Operations this is a globally focussed role owning initiatives aimed at developing and retaining Qubit’s most important asset, our people. This role offers the potential of travel to New York, Paris and Barcelona and is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career by owning large scale projects end to end within a fast paced business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working on, and owning, a wide variety of HR generalist projects across the employee lifecycle, providing a seamless service to employees
  • Analysing a wide range of employee data and providing recommendations to management and maintaining our People Dashboard
  • Providing operational support across the HR lifecycle:
    • Managing and overhauling our new hire experience
    • Administering and developing all aspects of performance management, compensation reviews and goal setting projects
    • Managing the leaver process
  • Ownership of the bi-annual employee survey; from engagement to exit
  • Working with finance to ensure accurate information is provided for payroll
  • Managing our benefits offering, owning relationships with vendors and ensuring our benefits offering is best in class
  • Communication with department heads and senior leadership
  • Ensuring all HR policies and processes are clear, transparent and well documented
  • Owning our employee intranet and handbook, ensuring our policies are in line with our employer brand as well as being up to date with legislation
  • Maintaining the integrity of our employee data in our HRIS system

Key Attributes

  • 2+ years experience in HR, preferably in a tech or fast paced environment
  • Demonstrable experience owning projects end to end, for example new starter onboarding
  • Experience in analysing and reporting on HR data. Candidates should have strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience in a front-line HR role, working with a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable prioritising inbound requests and project work
  • Comfortable implementing processes and challenging the status quo
  • Knowledge of EU employment law would be an advantage
