About the team & Opportunity: 

The Business Development team is responsible for new Health Plan relationships across markets. Our team is accountable to deliver revenue generating partnerships with these enterprise customers. Customers to date include some of the leading Blues, National Health Plans, and Health Systems in the country. Business development for Quartet is much more than sales. We are joined at the hip with our teammates across the organization to help ensure we are set up for success with our partnerships across product development, marketing, operations, and importantly, customer success. Because of the depth of our partnerships, together with Customer Success, we don’t just leave after a contract is signed, but rather help to mutually define goals and objectives of our enterprise partnerships and ensure we support the GTM against those expectations.

This Enterprise Relationship Manager will be responsible for creating new business opportunities and enhancing existing as well as new client relationships with measurable results and proven ROI. To do so, this person will engage in strategic planning, research, marketing and engagement activities to generate new and deeper interest in Quartet from some of the largest and most strategic health plans and system executives in the country. This individual will also be responsible for managing and developing channel partnership relationships, from senior-most levels through day-to-day interactions, to spur early stage pipeline activity. Lastly, this person will be a key partner to our Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing Leadership teams to shape and drive our collective goals.

Accountabilities:

  • Work with Business Development and Customer Success leadership to prioritize engagement activities for current and prospective clients to create new business opportunities. 
  • Track, measure, and initiate relationship engagement strategies among the Quartet team and current and prospective clients. 
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing to organize and follow up from events hosted by and attended by Quartet (e.g., annual summit, health systems webinar, HLTH conference, etc) to catalyze business activity for current and prospective clients.
  • Initiate, manage, and develop new and existing channel partnerships to increase new client partnerships.
  • Develop, execute, and partner with Marketing on measurement of strategic marketing initiatives (content creation, etc) for current and existing clients. 
  • Support quarterly and annual planning based on target audience needs and enterprise capabilities to develop marketing and product plans that achieve desired results.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a large B2B enterprise business development, account executive or marketing role 
  • Healthcare experience required with Health Plan experience preferred
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships within complex cross-functional organizations 
  • Critical core competencies include: Ability to work independently; ability to proactively develop strong relationships; excellent communication skills; ability to think strategically about client needs and dynamics to deliver on client needs while simultaneously working within Quartet’s competencies
  • Role can be located remotely with travel to be expected for events and meetings once safe
