The Challenge

With Qualtrics poised to continue our incredible growth into 2018, the Global Enablement team is tasked with ensuring the productivity of our growing global salesforce. The team is involved in all aspects of sales strategy, enablement, research, training, onboarding, and performance analysis and improvement. The success or failure of this team - and this role - is measured in hundreds of millions of dollars meaning it is highly valued by and visible to both the executive team and the board of directors. To accomplish our incredibly aggressive goals for 2018 and beyond, the team needs to add a dynamic Sales Training & Enablement leader located in our Sydney office responsible for the APJ region.

A day in the life is rarely the same, moving from training new hires to diving deep into process optimization to assessing performance gaps and developing custom remedies to ensure everyone in a sales role at Qualtrics is successful. Taking the role to the next level includes influencing the global sales motions of one of the most reputable sales forces in the world and definitively increasing global sales productivity and dramatically increasing new hire time to value.

 

The Expectation for Success

  • Primary goals:
    • Reducing new hire time to productivity
    • Increasing global sales productivity
    • Increasing percent of quota carriers attaining quota
    • Maintain exceptional NPS from trainees and managers
    • Sales efficiency (making it easier to do more)

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from top tier university
  • 3 - 6 years experience in B2B sales environment
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales team training, including onboarding
  • Monitors KPIs and develop custom training for improvement areas
  • Development and continual refinement of certification processes
  • Work with Senior Sales leadership to continually improve all curricula
  • Overseeing tracking of all metrics of trainings
  • Assessing and assisting new sales hires across various activities to reduce ramp time
    • Territory research
    • Account prioritization
    • Customer research
    • Key account activities
    • Industry analysis
  • Responsible for all sales effectiveness technologies
    • Ensure complete adoption of all tech
    • Enable full feature usage to maximize impact of tech
  • Automate or optimize sales processes enabling sales to spend more time on core job
  • Conduct ongoing research across sales and leadership to address primary areas of inefficiency
  • Ability to maintain integration and alignment with international team members
  • Work with Marketing team to support and drive campaigns and messaging
  • Maintain central content repository for APJ region
