With Qualtrics poised to continue its incredible growth into 2017, the Global Certification & Training team is expanding! The group is tasked with ensuring customer and partner knowledge of the Qualtrics Experience Management platform is continually improving and that the thousands of clients who work with Qualtrics every year have a solid understanding of all they can accomplish with our platform. The products and programs designed by this team ensure mastery and catapult careers.
To achieve the team mission, every member must demonstrate significant ownership and is involved in the strategy, product development, marketing, operations and analytics of the team. The success or failure of this team is measured in millions of dollars meaning it is highly valued by and visible to senior leaders and the Qualtrics executive team.
To accomplish our goals for 2017 and beyond, the team needs to add a Global Training Operations Specialist.
Innovate on current processes and proactively seek ways to improve the client experience
Plan, coordinate logistics for, and oversee the execution of world-class events and trainings for clients, partners, and employees around the globe
Assist with day-to-day capacity management of team and coordination of team resources
Communicate with internal and external customers answering questions, assisting with invoicing, and investigating technical issues
Work cross-functionally with other departments and key leaders to ensure success at all levels
Bachelor’s degree from top-tier university graduating Spring/Summer 2017
History of solving problems and making contributions in prior work experience
Professional attitude and demeanor when interacting with others and demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond for customers
Exceptional attention to detail, very strong organizational skills and ability to be resourceful
Track record of prioritizing and managing multiple projects and following through on issues in a timely manner
Out-of-the-box thinker who does not need to be micro-managed
