The Research Platform Core team is responsible for the core research functions within the Qualtrics products. This includes anything from building elegant and intuitive UI’s, to survey distribution and participant management, to the systems that tie all of our Experience Management Platform together.
The Engineering Manager for this team will have a significant impact by driving both the strategy and implementation for the Target Audience Product and Distributions Teams, which are integral parts of our Research Platform Core. You will organize, lead, and help continue to build our engineering teams in the Seattle office. You will join a team of highly talented engineers and leaders to help Qualtrics become one of the most recognized names in tech, establish Qualtrics as the market leader in Experience Management, and empower organizations around the world to improve their product and service experiences through what they learned by using the tools you build.
Partner with our product team to drive the strategy, priorities, and implementation of our Target Audience Product and our Distribution Framework.
Manage and grow several teams of engineers in our Seattle office.
Develop, mentor, and coach other engineers
Help attract and hire the best talent
Be a strong advocate of our culture and example of our leadership principles (transparency, all in, customer obsessed, one team, scrappy)
Take an active role on the Research Platform Core team leadership team and engage in organizational strategy
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
History of successfully managing multiple engineering teams
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the direction and implementation of a product
Excellent leadership, verbal, and written communication skills
